Nicholas Daley
Dancer
Choreographer Educator

ABOUT ME
I am a dancer, choreographer, and educator from NYC. My career has followed an arc from forms to function, starting in dry postmodern work and landing in raw dance theatre.
I've played a troubled Wrath in Punchdrunk’s The Ministry; a vicious politician in Baye & Asa’s 4|2|3; and my frank & confessional self in Mend, which I co-choreographed with Khala Brannigan. I'm passionate about physical theatre that dares to be legible – I want audiences to feel the truth in a work and be challenged to find their own.
I've taught at Wesleyan University, Peridance, and Seed Dance. My original works have been presented at Arts on Site and Queensboro Dance Festival in New York; Dansforum in Viksjöfors, Sweden; and
907空間劇場 in Yanpu, Taiwan.
